Farmers are making money. How about that? Corn is priced over $5 per bushel right now and they don't seem to be able to grow enough of it. On good productive land some farmers are probably grossing over $1000 per acre with their corn crop. Ethanol production has pushed the price of corn to record highs and along with it soybean prices have gone up also because no one wants to grow soybeans. They are all in love with corn which is one of the most destructive crops that can be grown on farm land, especially if farmers grow corn on the same land year after year.

Do You Have Coyote Hunters to Protect You

Coyote hunters run all over this area. They have four wheel drive trucks, sometimes other four wheel vehicles, guns, radios, dogs and maybe more. They are on a mission to rid the country of coyotes because they are destroying livestock husbandry as it now exists. At least, that is what they would tell you, but, not in those same words. I am not sure why they have this obsession. There probably is no doubt that coyotes kill calves and lambs. How many I do not know. One seems to have been enough.

I really dislike Hillary Clinton. She has become the embodiment of a disingenuous politician around here. Her constant pandering is pitiful and on a par with whats his name, the Republican that had so much money, oh yeah, Mitt Romney. How can you do anything when you are called the same thing as an old baseball glove. Anyway, Clinton has lost. It is over. Do they think they can snag the nomination in a backroom deal. If that happens I will just skip voting this year.
