1. Flyoverfolks is presented as a forum for individuals to share ideas, opinions, interests, thoughts and have some fun. There are lots of places to post trash and junk and stuff others are not
interested in reading or viewing. A good rule of thumb is don't post stuff you don't want someone to see over your shoulder at work or have your kids see at home.
2. By agreeing to the terms of service you agree to accept the fact that if you post something objectionable we will take it off the site and disable your access to post on the site. We retain the right to control the content of the site. 3. Some types of objectionable material that will be removed or get a user banned from using the site are: A. Racial or Ethnic slurs. B. Sexually explicit material, either links to said material or languange in your posts. C. Hate speech and flaming. D. Empty or repetitive posts. E. Graphic content like but not limited to sentient beings getting their heads cut off, or burned up, or blown up. You get the idea. F. Regarding the stuff people advertise for sale on the site, we DO NOT warrant the items in any way. Any transactions are between you and the seller. G. If you hire someone to play music from an ad on the site and they turn out to be totally lame it is not our fault. H. On the other hand, if a band gets together from the site and they make millions, you can send us any amount of money you want. |
